Product Descriptions & Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate and detailed product descriptions, including color, material, stitching, and sizing information.

Since each jacket is handmade and custom-finished, slight variations in color, texture, or detailing may occur. These minor differences are part of the craftsmanship process and should not be considered a misrepresentation of the product.

Returns & Refunds

Customers are eligible to request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving their order, provided they contact us within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery.

Refunds will only be issued after the returned item has been inspected to confirm that it is unused, in its original condition, and has all tags attached. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Please note that design inspiration or descriptive references are not grounds for misrepresentation claims, as this is clearly disclosed prior to purchase.
